Open Link Under Cursor In New Tab Command does not work in Canvas

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create Canvas file.
  2. Create a note or drag an existing note inside canvas.
  3. In source mode, move cursor under link to another note.
  4. Use hotkey or Command Palette and search for Open Link Under Cursor In New Tab Command.
  5. Notice that the CP does not display said command, only Open Link Under Cursor In New Window Command.

Yes

Expected result

I expect my note to open in a new tab.

Actual result

Nothing.
