Use case or problem

When clicking a link to another file, be able to open it in the background without moving the new file into focus.

This is useful when trying to open five or six documents at a time and have them ready in the background, without having to switch back to the main document every time.

Proposed solution

In the right click menu, add option “Open Tab in Background”

Settings → Editor → Always focus new tabs → OFF

Now, if you Cmd-click or Ctrl-click a link, or right-click “Open in new tab”, it will open in a tab without focusing the new tab.
