Open Link in new Tab by Hotkey?

Hi there,

I know the hotkey for ‘Jump to Link’: cmd+J (then press letter).
And there ist the hotkey for ‘Open link under mouse in new tab’.

But that’s a completely unnecessary option, after all I can just right-click and then use the context menu to open a new tab.

If you want to avoid using the mouse with hotkeys, you need one for ‘Open Link in new tab’.
How can I define that?
