Open folders even if some items can't be accessed

Use case or problem

It occasionally happens that inaccessible folders/files appear on a system, due to OS and other activity.

Proposed solution

Allow to open folders regardless of whether some of their content can’t be accessed.

Use case or problem I have alot of case-specific information stored in alot of respective locations, and i mainly use Markdown. As i understand, Vaults allow to limit indexing features to a manageable folder, and contain user data (workspace and etc). Obsidian appears to have the best existing WYSIWYG editor, and some of its other features, like Canvases, are great, plus extensibility on top of that. .obsidian/app.json/userIgnoreFilters doesn’t work to workaround this.

Its also impossible to change permissions on some items, because the OS automatically resets them.
