OneNote import and PDF graph view

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to find if these 2 things can be done by Obsidian, in any way.
First, import my OneNote notes while actually keeping the format intact. I’ve noticed that importing my OneNote notes completely messes up their format. The basic way they are structured in OneNote is on a single canvas and I tend to attach pictures to the sides of text, I also add a lot of floating text boxes to add further context. However, importing these notebooks into Obsidian makes them unusable, the format and location of all these pictures and text boxes gets all messed up.
The second thing I want is to create a graph view of my PDF files, because this is a way I found of importing my notes without messing them up. As in, I want my graph view to point to multiple things inside my PDF, not to see the PDF itself as a single graph dot.

Things I have tried

I’ve tried every extension I could find, relating to import and PDFs. As far as I can tell this is a fundamental limitation, so I’m asking here as a last resort.
The only semi-success I’ve had is with the PDF graph view, by using tags for things I want highlighted.
