On mobile, move plugin from right sidebar to left sidebar

I want to move a plugin pane from the right sidebar to the left sidebar. Can’t find any way to do it on mobile.

Is this for a phone or tablet sized device? What’s the plugin you would like to move?

iPhone.

The Tags Overview plugin is running in the right sidebar. I want to move it to the left sidebar.

This would be trivial on the desktop, but I can’t find a way of doing it on my phone.
