What I’m trying to do
I’m thinking of moving to obsidian from trillium and would be using it offline all of the time. However I’d like to be able to install the plugins that are available. I can download and USB across files from a separate pc, would that work?

I haven’t tried yet, as hoping someone with far more experience/knowledge than me knows the answer.
