The sharp in [[foo|#bar]] is not handled well in live-preview. Escaping the character doesn’t help.
When typing [[foo|\#bar]], it seems to render as \bar in Live preview and \#bar in reading mode. It should render as #bar in both.
I don’t think that this is the issue. I did some test and there are quite a few issues with # in aliases.
