Use case or problem
My college notes have many images which are part of my notes. It would be nice if the Search function could also search inside the images, to increase keyword hits in my searches.

Current workaround (optional)
None. I saw some plugins which can extract text, but that is not what I am looking for. I just want the text inside images to be part of search. Preferably without having a special search command, using the normal built in search function.
