I want to cooperate on an md file with someone through WAN. Obsidian seems to offer that on a paid offer. I would want something like that for free. It can be an Obsidian plug-in (ideally) or anything that support live co-edition of MarkDown…

No it doesn’t. Dor already said that Obsidian isn’t designed for this.

But also the paid Obsidian Sync is also not designed for this. It syncs files between devices. It does not facilitate any kind of real-time collaboration on a file.
