Obsidian UI freezes on rename (or move) in large vaults

In 1.7.2 some work will be done to improve the speed of rename operation.

If you have a vault with less than 1 M links and still experience a severe slowdown, please, open a new bug report.

Performance: Improve support for vaults with more than 1 Million links

Currently, Obsidian should be able to manage a vault with around 1 Million links among the notes. At 10 Million links, with a modern desktop computer, you will notice some slowdowns during note creation, deletion and especially when renaming a note. 100 Million links is out-of-reach (will cause obsidian to crash).
