I don’t know what windows atlas is, are you using it? are you using some other strange setup?
One explanation for what you are experiencing is that obsidian can’t save what you set.
Do you get errors in console (ctrl-shift-i, console tab)?
try to uninstall Obsidian and then make sure
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obsidian
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Obsidian
are removed

Problem is solved, thank you so much✅
I didn’t realize Windows Atlas is a 3rd-party “debloated” OS, I am just using regular Windows 11 Home.
I get “Sync Error!” “Error: “Not logged in” upon opening obsidian. But after logging in, it is able to save notes normally without problems.
Removed C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obsidian but I don’t have a local/programs folder.
sorry I meant
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Programs\Obsidian
how did you solve it? by deleting the directory?
Yes the uninstall + removal of C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\obsidian
I would assume something got corrupted over the course of updating.
