I noticed that when syncing my notes using Obsidian Sync, the creation date for a note on the synced machine will be the day of the sync, not the date the note was actually created. So, when I do a Dataview query for a creation date, for example, I will get different results depending on which machine I am using. I don’t recall having this problem when I was syncing via iCloud drive.
we make no attempts at preserving creation dates. Please, open a Feature Request.
