Obsidian Publish not synching because of putting vault on onedrive

What I’m trying to do

I am trying up update my obsidian publish and I see this message.

Is this the correct set of instructions for moving my vault out of One Drive?

I pay for obsidian publish, but not obsidian synch.

Switch to Obsidian Sync - Obsidian Help
