Steps to reproduce
This is part of a two-pronged issue:
Images with Anchor Tags
- If attachments are not already uploaded by folder filters (meaning you are using “Add Linked” to tell the Publish window to add images to upload), and;,
- Your embedded images in notes have anchor tags like
![[IMG-Becoming the battle mage-20250425163032505.webp#outline]], then; - Publish window will not detect those items to upload.
When a file only links to a header link
[[Folder1/File1#Heading 2]] won’t be detected when selecting Add Linked, but [[Folder1/File1]] will.
