Obsidian Publish Compliance

Hey! I have a few questions regarding obsidian publish. I really like the design of the page and would love to use it for a software documentation of a product.

However, I can’t find much information about compliance.

  • Where is it hosted? (Location / Provider) I am EU based, thus is is quite important.
  • Are there data processing agreements available?
  • Are there SLAs available?
  • Is CloudFlare mandatory? Because its a no-go for EU.

The Sync servers are in the US, so the Publish ones probably are too. Security and privacy - Obsidian Help
