Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the app via Google Play
  2. Open the app
  3. Wait forever

Expected result

  1. Expected to see, open, use the app normally as usual

Actual result

  1. It opens Obsidian and it remains with a forever gray screen (the background color) all emptied with no items inside. (or clickable items inside)
  2. No items at all

Environment

  • Operating system: Android 5.1

  • Device type: Tablet

  • Device: Injoo

  • Debug info: There’s no access to Debug

Additional information

Blank screen.

I tried to reinstall the app. Restart the phone. Clear cache/data. Move storage from internal/sdcard and vice versa. And I waited the whole night to the next day, nothing!

Your android may be too old to run obsidian. Try to install/update chrome webview. see if it helps.
