Obsidian keeps on showing "Failed to Load Community Plugins" and "Could not load community themes, please check your network"

I have a decent internet connection and I have not blocked the app from internet access. I have tried re-installing Obsidian but nothing works. I have a few Community Plugins already installed and have been using them for some time now.

Unfortunately this has been going on for a while. If you are in India, try changing your DNS settings. If not, try changing them anyway.

Mac : Failed to load Community Plugin

In the past day or so, two (three?) folks in Discord resolved not connecting by changing their DNS settings. Late edit from the Discord bot: We’ve had reports that an ISP in India has blocked GitHub at the DNS level, which Obsidian uses to update themes and plugins. You can fix it by switching to a different DNS server, then restarting Obsidian.
