Obsidian headless sync: 504 when logging in

I run Ubuntu 24 headless server. I have an active Obsidian Sync account. Not sure if this is a bug or just a bad connection on my end.

I installed nvm, then ran nvm install 24, then npm install -g obsidian-headless

I typed ob login - It prompts for my email and password. After about a minute I get a 504 response.

I can curl to obsidian.md and api.obsidian.md just fine (200 responses)

where is this Ubuntu Server located?

Side note: You said you installed node 24, but the error is coming from node 22

I’m getting the same issue, trying to login from my laptop for the first time:

node version is 24

There was an abnormal signin activity going on. It seems to be cleared now.
