Obsidian for real estate agents

Hi! I’m a real estate agent and I was thinking about using Obsidian instead of Trello to keep track of prospects and clients, and also to build a network of contacts. But I don’t know if Obsidian would be more useful for this than Trello. What do you guys thinks? Do you have any tips on how to use it for real estate brokerage?

I don’t, but search “CRM” or “contacts” in the forum to find similar uses.

I use canvas a lot to manage projects, you can separate things into “groups”, draw visual connectors between different notes and different projects, etc. I make flowcharts of what I need to do to finish a project. You might be able to apply this to real estate.

I’ve used both Obsidian and Trello, so here’s my take. Obsidian is great for detailed notes and linking info, perfect for building a network of contacts and keeping thorough client records.
