Obsidian error for preloadResponse

I’m not sure where to post this. I have upgraded to Obsidian 1.5.1 (1.4.16 loader) on Windows 11 (latest).

I have quickadd invoking a templater template to create a note. Occasionally, I get a message “The service worker navigation preload request was cancelled before ‘preloadResponse’ settled. If you intend to use ‘preloadResponse’, use waitUntil() or respondWith() to wait for the promise to settle.”

It doesn’t happen all of the time (which makes some sense given the error message).

Any thoughts
