Steps to reproduce
obsidian base:query file="My Bases.base" view="All Bases"
This returns an empty JSON array.

Expected result
A list of every row in the base table.
Actual result
No row data is returned.
Note: when I use format=md, it does correctly show the columns, so the cli is reading the correct base file and the returned data but is missing all rows.
