Steps to reproduce
-
Create or open a vault in Obsidian Desktop with the “Bases” (tables) feature enabled.
-
Create a new “Base” table and add some rows with data.
-
Sync the vault to iPhone (e.g., via Obsidian Sync or iCloud).
-
Open the same vault in Obsidian for iOS.
-
Open the “Base” table.
Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y
Expected result
The “Base” table should display its content (rows and columns) correctly on iOS, matching what is visible on Desktop.
Actual result
The “Base” table view loads, but no content is displayed.
It appears empty, as if a filter is applied that returns no results, even though the table contains data on Desktop.
Environment
-
Device: iPhone 17
-
OS: iOS 26.5
-
App: Obsidian iOS 1.12.7
-
Sync method: Git
-
Desktop version (where it works correctly): Version 1.12.7 (Installer 1.7.7)
Additional information
-
The issue seems specific to iOS; the same table displays correctly on Desktop.
-
The table structure loads (UI is visible), but rows are not rendered.
-
Behavior is consistent with an unintended filter or query returning zero results.
-
Files are correctly synced and accessible.
-
