What I’m trying to do is export LaTex (via Pandoc) / notes and import it to Overleaf

I am interested in people’s workflows and tips for moving notes from Obsidian into Overleaf. Are you used these two together? How?

I am an Overleaf newbie so any advice and tips will be really appreciated
