as a long time Obsidian user and every-publish-tool-tester i found, my current dream scenario to manage all the content that i want to publish online is using discourse.org platform (the same forum platform we are in right now)
the website i’m building is https://2042.discourse.group
benefits:
- protected areas (by groups)
- hierarchical tags / categories
- integration (for example I automated the publishing of daily news to a Telegram Channel
- the platform is open source and I can export everything back or move to other providers.
- superb SEO and embed in social media
- comments… i’m building a community around the content

i asked the Discourse community how to style callouts “the obsidian way” and in a few days they released this amazing plugin Quote Callouts - Theme component - Discourse Meta
