Hello… I messed up when I downloaded O and now it is unable to start as it is can’t find / load a vault… I see a message that starts:

ENOENT: no such file or directory, scandir
etc, etc

What to do, what to do??

Try quitting Obsidian, deleting /Users/{USERNAME}/Library/Application Support/obsidian/obsidian.json, and then starting Obsidian again. Let me know if that works.

Sorry… I was unable to find / follow the chain you outlined … You are dealing with a technical dimwit.

  2. Find obsidian folder and open it;
  3. Delete the obsidian.json file in there.
