Notion-like table

Hi

I have a problem suddenly.

I used to use Notion-like table

It was like this picutre first time when I make a table. So, I can write some notes in the table

But, suddenly it becomes like this

I cannot write anything and it seems a fixed page and only I can do is just using table.

Could you help me how to change like second picture into first picture?
