Notebooks like Joplin for micromanaging

Use case or problem

Currently, switching between vaults and accessing them is not easier with the current vault manager.

Proposed solution

Bring notebooks like Joplin. So, we can segregate/micromanage various topics within a single vault.
The vault can be linked or isolated as the user needs (depends on backlinks usage in notes). To be fair, it’s just tabs of two different obsidian folders.

Another idea related to this, to minimize many vaults into single vault.

A vault within a vault - subvault which has its own .obsidian config files separate from the root which has its own .obsidian as this.

Both don’t touch the others config file to apply theme & css ?
