Hi everyone,
I’m a medical student and recently started developing a small plugin for as a personal project for my own study workflow and Zettelkasten system.
Up to now, I’ve only shared it with a few friends from med school, but they encouraged me to post it here.
The idea behind the plugin is to encourage concise note-taking and synthesis instead of endlessly accumulating information. Some of its features include:

Limiting note length by characters or words

Different operation modes and parameter systems

Visual warnings/highlights when limits are exceeded
The issue is that I’m not really an experienced developer. Most of this was built while learning as I went, and as the plugin grows, I’m realizing I probably don’t have enough technical knowledge or time to properly maintain and continuously update it long term.
Because of that, I’m completely open to passing the project on to someone interested in improving it, maintaining it, and eventually releasing it on the community plugin store. I’d be very happy to see the idea continue evolving in more capable hands.
I’d also appreciate any feedback, guidance, or advice from more experienced developers in the community.
