It seems to be isolated to a single note. I’ll be typing away, and then it will just jump to the bottom of the page. Seems to be when it saves the changes I’ve just made, maybe? I’m in editing mode, and I get a quick flash of seeing equals signs instead of highlights and then it jumps down. I can’t get it to happen on any other documents, but it doesn’t seem to happen all the time on the problem document either—and that’s the only document I’ve actually used since this started happening. So whether it’s isolated to this document or not, I can’t be 100% sure.

Do you see the same behavior after turning on Settings > Community Plugins > Restricted Mode?
I’ve tried that for a couple of days—which has somewhat limited what I can actually do, mind you—and the issue does seem to have gone away.
I haven’t added any third-party plugins recently, and I’m not aware of any having updated just prior to this issue raising its head either, so none of them jump out as an obvious answer.
It’s possible an Obsidian update caused a problem with a plugin.
You could try checking for updates to your plugins (there is a button in Settings > Community Plugins). If that doesn’t help, you may just have to check them 1 by 1. If you have many plugins, the Divide and Conquer plugin can help with that.
Yes, updating everything, including my plugins, was my first thought, but it’s been ages since I updated Obsidian either, so I’m at a bit of a loss here.
