Note Composer autoname notes w/ “n” legal characters from text

Use case or problem

I want to rapidly and automatically create new notes based on selections with unique and meaningful names.

Proposed solution

Have a setting for Note Composer to autoname newly created notes with the first “n” legal characters from the beginning of the selected text being processed. This “n” setting could be customized.

Current workaround (optional)

It requires setup, so it really isn’t a workaround, but the Note Refactor plugin can help with this use case.
