"Not Yet Created" Note Text does not show faded unless page is edited

Steps to reproduce

Upon updating to 9.22 insider, when I initially load a page in preview mode there is no difference in text color between links to existing files and links to files that have not been created yet. I have tested with safe-mode enabled, no theme, and swapped between initial preview and edit mode with the same issue. Only once I go into editor mode and change the file by adding/removing a character, the display in preview mode is correct.

Expected result

The links for non-existent files to be faded compared to existing files.

Actual result

Links to non-existent files are the same color as existing files in preview mode.

There is difference in text color to non-existing note in Reading view and Live preview.

This is because you are using markdown links not wikilinks. Open a feature request for that.
