Additional information
Shortcuts like “Focus on tab group left/right/above/below” and “Navigate back/forward” work as expected.
No conflicts, no AutoHotkey, and no registry editing.
I’ve tested setting CTRL + # to “Quick switcher: Open quick switcher” and from 1 to 9 works but, oddly enough, CTRL + 0 did not. I’ve closed all other apps on my machine besides Chrome and still nothing.
I had missed testing this in the Sandbox Vault, so I switched over to it and the shortcuts worked there. After that, I restarted the app and the shortcuts started working normally, except for the default Ctrl + 0 to open the Quick Switcher. I remapped it to Alt + 0 as a workaround.
Everything seems normal now, aside from the fact that I can’t use Ctrl + 0 for any shortcut — but that’s no big deal, all good!
