Non-Latin symbols in automaticaly created Obsidian URL

Use case or problem

I write notes in Russian. When I use “Copy Obsidian URL”, I get %-like symbols in URL instead of cyrrilic symbols. For example, what URL I get:

obsidian://open?vault=0%D0%BF%D1%8B%D1%82&file=%D0%9F%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%8B%2F%D0%A4%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB%D1%8B

What URL should be (just about):

obsidian://open?vault=0пыт&file=Планы\Файлы

Both URLs are working correctly, but first is unreadable for human.

Proposed solution

Add a feature for creating Obsidian URL with cyrillic symbols.

Or if it’s impossible, I would want to know why.

Have the same proposal to decode the symbols to Cyrillic at least in view mode
