"No snapshots found" shown outside content area (behind close button)

I can’t reproduce. can you post a screen recording of this happening in the sandbox vault?

For a real install, it is reproducible from the first app open using my described steps.

When using the Sandbox vault, it did not happen until I first 1) delete the sample files and directories, and 2) press “Clear” in the “File recovery” tab. After that, the bug happens there the same as on a real empty install.
