Perhaps it ended in a spam or you are under a corporate filter.

Yeah, forgot to mention that Spam folder, junk emails and any other folders are empty, there’s just no email

That’s super annoying! I’ve had that happen a few times too. Sometimes the confirmation emails just get lost in cyberspace. Have you checked your spam or junk folder? It’s surprising how often they end up there.
