No connection to internet

What I’m trying to do

I’m having an issue with Obsidian: whenever I try to access community plugins or themes, I get an error message saying “Failed to load community plugins” or “Could not load community themes, please check your internet.” My internet connection is working perfectly fine — everything else is running normally except for Obsidian.

Things I have tried

I’ve tried installing the AppImage version, but the problem persisted. I also created a new vault to check if any of my existing plugins were causing the issue. Lastly, I purged the Obsidian package I was using and reinstalled it. For a brief moment, I was able to access the community plugins again—though the themes still didn’t work properly (the images wouldn’t appear, and I couldn’t install them). However, after a day or two, everything stopped working once more, and I started getting the same error messages again.

Are you, by any chances in Latin America ?

Edit: I’m asking because it appears that Latin American users have encountered issues with plugins and themes due to a “GitHub thing” : Cannot browse or install community plugins // themes (cannot read properties of null) … So I just thought that could the issue you’re currently facing ? :woman_shrugging: :innocent:

… Could still be something else though
