Nick Milo's Theme and Plugins

I really enjoyed Nick Milo on David Spark’s Obsidina Field Guide.

Any idea what theme and/or plugin Nick is using to create these collapable headers and icons? He mentioned he uses the Prism theme but I can’t figure out how to replicate this look and feel.

They are foldable callouts with customized icons and a heading in the title section (Prism theme).
