There has been a Swedish translation in the Github repository for some time now, but it does not appear even today when I updated to 1.11.5. -When does new translations actually appear in Obsidian? Is it not part of the build-process? I can also see there is a fi.txt for Finnish, but does not appear in the choices for display language.
