The ability to create new tags seems to have stopped working - Any ideas why… I know it’s a long shot but not sure what else to say. Maybe I’ll have to delete the few community plugins and see if that fixes it, although I have 2 vaults and the other one is still working fine regards new tag creation and has the same plugins I think…
It seems likely something is wrong with the one vault then, no? Try the troubleshooting steps to find the culprit.

When you create a topic, they are linked. I guess you ignored or deleted the link?

Ah, thought I was meant to delete that, sorry. Anyhow, seems to be working again now… deleted some image that wasn’t able to get publish to publish for some reason and maybe that was causing the bug 
Anyhow, phew… whatever it was hope it doesn’t come back. Thanks for your help
