Since the recent update made the settings window a separate window, the window has always opened partially obscured/off screen. I am using a 4k monitor.
Steps to reproduce
Open settings window.

Expected result
The settings window to appear in a position on screen where it is fully usable and visible upon opening.
Actual result
The window is partially obscured by the task bar. It looks like the bottom edge is aligned with the bottom of the screen itself, not the bottom of the obsidian window, and so the taskbar always obscures part of the settings window. The window always needs to be manually moved in order to properly navigate settings.

It was consistently reproduced in a sandbox vault:
