Hello Obsidian community! Excited to begin gathering feedback on an AI plugin I’ve been developing the last few months.
Reason (Retrieve, Extract, Analyze, and Synthesize your Obsidian Notes) is a plugin that uses AI to help you turn ideas around in your head. Some notable features:
- Synthesizes your notes, powered by Dataview and Canvas
- Designed for use with evergreen notes and tags
- Chat UI lives entirely in the editor (Markdown-native)
- Works nicely with block references/embeds - incorporates them into output
