New pdf viewer buttons overlapping in Navigate

Steps to reproduce

  1. Upload the pdf file.
  2. Wait the ne viewer appearence.
  3. Then you can see the UI bug on the top-left corner of the viewer.

Expected result

The buttons, which are "edit this block" and "Toggle sidebar" don't overlap on viewer.

I’m going to guess that’s the Minimal theme.
