I made a plugin that collects tasks from every note in your vault and shows them as draggable Kanban cards — with a full calendar (Month / Week / Day) and optional Outlook sync on top.
Tasks stay as plain markdown checkboxes (`#kanban/…`), so nothing is locked into a proprietary format.
Highlights
- Vault-wide tasks on a draggable board with dynamic columns
- Projects & clients — two colored tag dimensions (`#project/…`, `#client/…`)
- Custom priorities — define your own (name + color), or use the built-in emoji
- Swimlanes & multiple boards — group cards by project, client, priority or due date, and create named boards each scoped to their own projects/clients
- Card covers — an image or a text banner per card
- Due dates, times & recurrence — appointments and timed tasks share one calendar timeline, sorted by time
- Calendar — Month / Week / Day, with optional Outlook sync (read-only): one-click sign-in, pick which calendars to show (including shared calendars)
- Linked note per card, with optional auto-archive when a card is done
- Bilingual (EN / NL), works on desktop and mobile
