New Lucide icon in callout css requires restart

Steps to reproduce

Create or modify some css for a custom callout type and change or set the icon to one from lucide. Unlike other changes to the css, e.g., color, this one requires a restart to be used, contrary to the documentation.

Expected result

The docs should say that a restart is required, at least on a Mac.

Additional information

Running the command Reload app without saving or closing-opening the note with the new callout in it should be sufficient to get the icon to appear.
