Hello,
I built neoloopy, a plugin for systems thinking inside Obsidian. It turns your vault into a causal-loop diagramming (CLD) tool: you map how variables push and pull on each other (feedback), how systems gets layered (subsystem routing).
It does take some brain at first to think in circular relationship compare linear, but once you get a hang of it, I am sure it will open many possibilities.
The part that makes it feel at home in Obsidian: every variable is a Markdown note, and every model is just a folder of notes plus a small model.json. No database, no account, nothing leaves your machine. Your models stay searchable, linkable, and version-controllable like everything else in your vault. - What this also means is that the entire system is AI-friendly (it goes beyond this when it comes to CLI and MCP, but will leave that for now)
