There are similar topics on forum but I didn’t saw any with MS Word mentioning.
I think that if navigation bar could show headers like in MS Word that would be great.

As they have commented, what you suggest has already been implemented as Outline.
It shows a tree outline of the headings of the document capable of quickly going to each of them.
Even the tree outline is collapsible, identically to MS Word.
