I am trying to add properties to my notes in a consistent manner, i have seen that you can add properties from 2 different locations
1- side Pane
2- Within the note
however they do not seem to be in sync , I am not sure why , below is the what I am seeing.
I would like to have both display the same properties and their values.

No worries , I managed to figure out the issue. As i am new to obsidian I did not know that the side pane properties view does not change when you switch to another note , its is only related to the previous note when I clicked show note properties, the side pane property view is related to one specific note.
Indeed, and it may show properties that are not in the front matter of your note as well but are coming from Obsidians internal database of meta data.
