My obsidian reset

What I’m trying to do

Recover old data for obsidian, basically i moved a folder that obsidian used, not deleted, just moved it into another folder while cleaning my pc, however this appears to have reset everything, i still have all the files! But is there an easy way of getting obsidian to recognise it once more?

Things I have tried

I tried dragging and dropping the files
Moving the folder back to where it was

From within the Sandbox vault/a test vault/another vault, click on the vault name in the lower left sidebar:

then:

at the bottom. You’ll then see the vault switcher window. Choose Open folder as vault

and select that vault in Windows Files Explorer (Finder on macOS). That folder will open as a vault.
