My note looks really weird

My note that I wrote 3 days ago (and it looked just like normal text written in Finnish) has changed to this:

“��m`�qt��B�ˍ�t�5I����~I��:Q<\����(\��.A� �/e9�и��9 T����H�2xKm(h�W����$)%�B��c�ߖ�F�8O��’���.�’�$���Hl�Η���-�5�&UQ’���4�߼(”

And it continues for the whole note/page. This has happened only to this note. What could I do to make it look normal again?

Possibly a sync corruption?

Can you recover a clean version of the file from Settings > File Recovery > Snapshots > View > [search for the file’s name]?
